We generally recommend 6 to 8 sessions prior to taking the official ACT test. This timeline allows us to thoroughly cover core strategies, identify and review specific subject weaknesses, and complete timed practice sections without rushing.

We typically advise starting test prep 2 to 3 months before the target test date. This gives students enough runway to complete their recommended sessions, practice on their own between appointments, and build confidence without burning out during the busy school year.

Yes! Before beginning a test prep series, we can administer a full-length diagnostic test. This helps us establish a baseline score, isolate high-impact target areas, and build a custom strategy plan for your student's target score. Call or email us to set up a diagnostic test!

We understand that student schedules change quickly. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session without incurring a fee. This allows us to offer that time slot to other students on our waiting list.

While we advise clients to only book appointments that fit comfortably into their schedule (keeping our 24-hour cancellation policy in mind) we strongly encourage consistency.

Establishing a routine is very helpful for learning and progress, so we recommend booking weekly sessions at the same day and time, and with the same tutor whenever possible.

We collect payment information on file when you book a session, but your card will not be charged until after the session takes place.
