Hamza Ranjha
Hey, I’m Hamza! I am an MUS alumnus ('22), and I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (Go Vols!), where I majored in Biochemistry and minored in Spanish.
My interest in tutoring and working with students developed while I was a Resident Assistant. As an RA, I worked closely with students from different backgrounds and helped them learn how to work through the challenges that come with college. My experiences taught me that students learn best when they feel comfortable and motivated.
My goal as a tutor is to motivate students and help them develop foundational strategies for lasting academic success. I want each student to leave our sessions feeling more confident and prepared.
I am excited to be back in the 901 while applying to medical school this year. Outside of school, I enjoy playing and watching basketball, watching TV and movies, and fishing.
Subjects I tutor include ACT and MCAT preparation; Math (Pre-Algebra through Pre-Calculus); Biology, Chemistry, and Physics; Spanish; Reading and English; History and Social Studies.
